This book was given to me by a friend when I had my daughter. The read was boring, but it was very helpful in establishing good sleeping habits for my daughter.

My daughter received this as a Christmas gift and we've been using it every night since. She likes to choose her color (red, green, blue) and point out the moon and stars before falling asleep.

You need the plug in to go with these refills, but still this had to be on the list. Many nights when my daughter was ill, this product made it easier for her to breathe and sleep soundly. The Vicks one wasn't as good.

A vaporizer was extremely helpful when my daughter was stuffed up, and the white noise it made helped her sleep. It's especially great with the PediaCare plug ins when you close the door. Any vaporizer will do, really.

This is one of my daughter's favorite bedtime stories. Like the gorilla, she often eats a banana as a bedtime snack, and she knows it's time to sleep when the gorilla starts snoring!

My daughter loves Dora, so we figured a bedtime book would be great. This one has 2 stories, and we usually end up reading both!

This nightlight is great. It's got a soft glow, and it doesn't get hot to the touch. Plus, it's cute!

This book was also handy when transitioning to a toddler bed. I'm sure it would work as well for a transition to a twin-sized bed.
